WQSB E Learn provides flexible and accessible education, catering to the diverse needs of adult learners.
This program provides accounting training to enable people to perform tasks and activities in the accounting field for today’s demanding and varied office and business environment. The Accounting program incorporates:
Accounting clerks work in various organizations, commercial, manufacturing, distribution, construction as well as services such as accounting firms, brokerage firms and insurance agencies.

Each module in our program is structured into six comprehensive units.

Students can start the program anytime throughout the year, from September – June.
For students to be considered full-time, they must log 16 – 25 hours of study per week.
Students who receive financial assistance (Loans and Bursaries, band funding programs, or other) are required to log a minimum number of study hours per week, as defined by the funder. We are required to confirm student activity on a regular basis. If students are not meeting the minimum requirements set by the funder, financial assistance may be affected and/or suspended.
There are 23 modules and each module has an assigned number of hours for completion.

The diploma earned is called a DEP, also known as Diplôme d’études professionnelles, which translates as DVS, or Diploma of Vocational Studies.
Upon registration, students are required to indicate where they want to write exams. Exams can be written at the following locations:
